Vitamin and Mineral Salt Supplements
Vitamins and mineral salts are of primary importance for body working, often representing part of coenzymes or of vital metabolic processes. Both must be taken thanks to a varied and rich food diet of vegetal origin.

Vitamin C is also particularly useful in sportsmen, playing an antioxidizing action, favouring the assimilation of iron useful to the haemoglobin synthesis, strengthening immune defences and making collagen synthesis easy.
