This
is a basic exercise for leg’s rear muscles consisting
in brnding as much as possible legs on thighs. Femoral,
half-tendinous and half-membranous biceps are stimulated. |

Every
thigh muscle, front and rear, and gluteus too are
stimulated. Keep the back straight during the exercise.
In the version with legs apart internal part of thighs
is stimulated too. |

Even
though it mainly stimulates the big gluteus, while doing
it all thigh muscles are stimulated.
