- exercises biceps femoral -

 

leg curl

This is a basic exercise for leg’s rear muscles consisting in brnding as much as possible legs on thighs. Femoral, half-tendinous and half-membranous biceps are stimulated.  

   

squat

Every thigh muscle, front and rear, and gluteus too are stimulated. Keep the back straight during the exercise. In the version with legs apart internal part of thighs is stimulated too.

   

raises off the ground

Even though it mainly stimulates the big gluteus, while doing it all thigh muscles are stimulated.

   

alternated seated leg curl

A different version of the leg curl

  

squat machine

Different version of the squat in which the machine allows to keep the same effort during the whole exercise.
