lat machine

Lat machine: In this exercise the big dorsal is greatly stimulated. There are various versions, in which various muscles are stimulated.

  

low pulley

Low pulley: This exercise should be done with the pelvis backward in respect to the grip, with the bust slowly bent forward and with slowly bent legs. Various muscles of the rear part of the body are stimulated, especially the big dorsal.

In questo esercizio sono coinvoli i muscoli retropulsori delle braccia, e fra questi sottospinato e gran dorsale.

   

parallel bar pull ups

Parallel bar pull ups: excellent and very effective version of lat machine exercises. It allows to increase and reduce “natural” weight.

    

dorsy bar

T bar-rows: This exercise should be done keeping the back straight, so to avoid damaging (even seriously) the spinal column. All muscles which allow to move arms backward are stimulated, especially the subspinous and the big dorsal.
