Cable triceps extension: Triceps long head does not work due to arm position. Therefore the two remaining heads will be the working muscles. The position should be steady, with half bent knees. The movement should be done by forearms, whereas elbows should not move. |

Triceps between two benches: The body is suspended between two benches, with heels at arms’ height. Bend arms lowering your gluteus toward the floor. Slowly raise back up to the start position by straightening your arms. The only fault of the exercise is that it is difficult to increase the weight. If done slowly, without wrists wide apart and avoiding maximum arms stretching it is one of the better triceps exercises. |
